Holder of a diploma in Olive Oil Sommelier recognized by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture, Lucas was trained in Imperia (Italy), at ONAOO, the world reference school for this discipline.

Importer and seller of premium olive oils for many years, he meets the needs of his customers, both individuals and professionals (gourmet restaurants, Michelin-starred restaurants, private chefs…), in France and Switzerland.

As a member of the organization ONAOO, he shares and collaborates with stakeholders in the olive oil industry around the world.

He is also an associate and member of the steering committee of a group of Swiss producers who wish, with a pioneering vision, to establish and develop olive oil production in Switzerland.
